American University | Demonstrated Interest

LIVE with Colledge | American University

One of the phrases you hear often in college admissions circles is “demonstrated interest.”  It’s a vague term that often leaves students and families guessing.

We’ll try to remove the guesswork when it comes to “demonstrated interest” during Colledge’s next and final LIVE Session of the year with American University admissions on Thursday, October 15th, at 6 p.m.

Joining us will be Jeremiah Rakowski, the Assistant Director of Admissions at American University in Washington, DC since 2012. A 13-year veteran of college admissions, he serves on the Executive Board for the Western Association for College Admission Counseling (WACAC). He’ll talk about how students can convince college admissions professionals that they’re actually interested in a particular university—a key element of any successful college application.
